Leo took a step into Ulembar City. I wonder if I`ll be able to get a good battle here. He thought. He looked down a Kiba, his cyndaquil, who looked quite tired. "Maybe we should go to the Pokemon Center first." He said.

Nigi looked at Kiba. She smiled and picked him up. "I-I'll c-car-ry y-yo-ou." she said. She was so proud of herself. She pat Kiba's head and looked at Leo, waiting for him to take lead. She didn't know where to Pokèmon center was, let alone anything in this town.

"Cyn!" Kiba said happily. Leo nodded and head for the Pokemon Center. He approached a red roofed building. A sign read "Rejuvenate your tired partners! P.C.". He walked in. A few people were there. "Hello, and Welcome to the Pokemon Center." Nurse Joy said. "We restore your tired pokemon to full health. Would you like us to restore your pokemon?" She asked. "uh, yeah sure." Leo answered looking at Kiba, who was in Nigi`s arms.

Nigi handed Kiba to the nurse. She watched, standing next to Leo. She was nervous, having never been in a building before. She looked around the room, her eyes darting every which way.

Nurse Joy took Kiba. "Ok, I`ll take your pokemon for a few seconds." She said walking in the back. Leo had never been in a Pokemon Center, but he knew what to do. She soon came back and handed to fully heal cyndaquil to Leo. She bowed and said, "We hope to see you soon." Kiba looked alive and healthy. "Where should we go now?" Leo asked Nigi, even though she probably wouldn`t know.

Nigi shrugged. She had no idea where to go. She had heard about the park from some passing trainers years ago, but wasn't sure. She looked towards the door. She wanted to leave.

Leo picked up Kiba and headed out the door. Kiba twitched, then jumped out of Leo`s arms. "Hey!" Leo yelled running after him. Kiba stopped running when he reached a lake in the park. He stared at it with delight. He woddled over to the edge and sat. "You know, for a fire pokemon, your pretty risky with water." Leo said walking to him. "Quil." Kiba replied.

Nigi walked into the park. She decided to look at everything in the city and walk. She looked at Leo and smiled, walking up to him.

Leo sat down near the lake. Kiba looked around and sniffed. He soon noticed a girl, a boy, and a dark colored pichu. "Cyn?" He asked.
"I guess we should go to the Pokemon Center and get you healed. Huh, Ratch?" Mya asked looking down at her pichu. Ratch looked up at her, then looked down at the ground.

Tegami looked around the park. He had left Mya to do as she pleased and told her he'd be at the park. He walked in, immediatly noticing Nigi and Leo near the water. He smiled and started to walk over.
Nigi looked at Tegami and hid behind Leo. She pointed over towards him, wide eyed.

Mya walked into the Pokemon Center. "Shall we heal your pokemon?" Nurse Joy asked. "Ok." Mya smiled putting all her pokeballs and Ratch on the table. "We will be done shortly." Nurse Joy took the pokemon and walked away. Ratch didn`t look to happy about being held. Mya looked through the window. She noticed Tegami walking towards two people. "I wonder who they are," She mumbled.
Leo saw Tegami after Nigi ran behind him.Seeing the look on her face, Kiba began to growl. Before jumping to conclusions, Leo gave a small smile back. "Who are you?" He asked.

Tegami smiled, feeling happy. "I'm Tegami. I'm traveling with a girl named Mya. She's at the pokemon center right now and I didn't really want to go there. My pokemon are fine." He laughed as Cascade ran to his other shoulder from behind his head.
Nigi watched Tegami, still nervous. She didn't leave Leo's back. She was just afraid.

Kiba was still growling at Tegami, then at Cascade. Leo tapped him with his foot, making him stop. The name "Mya" made him Leo twitch. It sound familiar somehow.
"Uh, sorry about her. She`s probably just nervous," He said pointing to Nigi. "I`m Leo, she`s Nigiyaka," He was most surprised he remembered that, "and this is Kiba." He looked down at Kiba, who settled down a little.

"Hello." Tegami looked at Nigi, who hid farther behind Leo's back. Cascade hopped down to the ground and ran over to Leo and Kiba. "That's Cascade. She's my pichu." he said. He smiled as she stood in front of Kiba, her small hand held out.

Kiba jurked back when the Pichu ran over. A held out hand was usually a sign of wanted friendship. Leo didn't look at all cautious of the boy. So he figured Nigi really was just nervous. He held out his opposite paw and touched Cascade's. Leo scratched his head, confused at why Nigi was still nervous.

Nigi finally stepped out from behind Leo, though still a bit nervous. She smiled, slightly, and held out her hand. "I-I'm N-N-ig-giyak-ka." she worded.

Leo smiled. "Quil!" Kiba said happily. "Hey, Tegami!" Mya yelled running over. She was carrying Ratch in her arms. 'I got my--" She stopped and looked at Leo. He stared at her, and there was a few seconds of silence. "Hey, I remember you!" They both said at the same time, pointing. "Quil?" Kiba asked. "Chu..." Ratch moaned.

Tegami smiled at Mya as she appeared next to him. "So, are your pokemon ok?" he asked.
Nigi watched the two. She looked back at Leo before stepping foward and smiling at them.
